К тому же материал размольного стакана должен быть тверже, чем измельчаемый материал. Обычно используются размольные стаканы и шары из одного и того же материала. Для сокращения времени измельчения можно применять размольные стаканы большего размера или массы и размольные шары более высокой плотности и таким образом с большей ударной энергией. Пожалуйста, учитывайте полезный объем, он не идентичен с объемом стакана!

Размольные шары с диаметром 3 мм и меньше нужно взвешивать. Приведенная выше таблица содержит указания по необходимой навеске на размольный стакан.
Количество размольных шаров может быть уменьшено на вплоть до 15 %, однако тогда нужно считаться с повышенным износом. Указанное наполнение шарами на стакан является минимальным количеством; в зависимости от поведения материала, его, возможно, следует увеличить.
Обычно используются размольные стаканы и шары из одного и того же материала. Для сокращения времени измельчения размольные стаканы и шары высокой плотности и таким образом с большей ударной энергией.
Выберите не менее 2-х размольных стаканов в соответствии с вашим объемом проб, предлагаемых в размерах 45 мл и 12 мл. Подробности по полезному объему указаны в руководстве по выбору. Для достижения наилучших результатов измельчения все размольные стаканы предлагаются в исполнении из 8 различных материалов. Это позволяет целенаправленно избегать загрязнения проб нежелательной стружкой.
